‘House of Paper’ to screen in Iran theaters

Iranian director Mehdi Sabbaghzadeh's ‘House of Paper’ has been granted the permit to be screened in Iran.

The film premiered at 35th edition of Fajr Film Festival in Iran.

A plot summary for the film partly reads, "A famous journalist who was out of job for a few years ... is living with his only daughter in Iran. She is also a journalist. Death of a writer returns an old love from abroad, making him write again."

The cast of ‘House of Paper’ includes Parviz Parastoui, Shaghayegh Farahani, Mahdi Pakdel, Tina Pakravan, Soraya Ghasemi and Alireza Kamali, among others.
